Visa Requirement for Foreigners According to Turkish Law

Visa requirement is one of the legal conditions of the entry to Turkey, for foreigners. The Law numbered 6458 of Foreigners and International Protection which is recently adopted and will soon enter into force, contains numerous provisions related to the entry of foreigners to Turkey and visa requirement. These provisions will define the main legal framework of the visa requirement for foreigners. In this study, the visa requirement for foreigners and the related matters are examined according the provisions of the Law numbered 6458 of Foreigners and International Protection and it is aimed to explain systematically the new legal order to be formed.
