Debts arising from legal relations between the parties may not always be a pecuniary debt. For example, debts such as construction of a building, enabling to establish a personal relationship with the child, the guardianship of whom is given to the mother, and father or the return of the jewelry given to the bride and groom in wedding are among these. Such debts set out in Articles from 24 to 31 of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No.2004 include delivery of movables, delivery of child and establishing personal relationship with a child, eviction and delivery of immovable property, performance or non-performance of a work, easement rights and judgments related to the vessels. It is not required to have a judgment for debts related to money, however debts other than money debts are not required to be based on a judgment in order to be a subject matter of enforcement. As a rule given by the court, the finalization of a final decree is not required as a rule. In this way, a creditor, who comes to an enforcement office with a judgment containing a debt other than money debt, cannot obtain its receivables within seven days from the notification date of the enforcement order to the debtor, then preventive imprisonment, physical force and actual seizure concerns step in
